Remedy Plant Lab stand by our products and their efficacy, which is why we offer a guarantee of satisfaction. If by chance you are not satisfied with your Remedy product, let us know via email. If you are within the first 30 days of your purchase we will honor a full refund of the product.
Please note, orders outside of 30 days or beyond the first order on an account are not able to be returned or refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
